Champ operates the largest booking platform for sport activities in the Netherlands. We want to play a huge role in people’s lives by inspiring, motivating and helping them to search, find and book their preferred sport experience, with no strings attached! Champ works with a huge number of distribution partners such as Google, Jumbo Supermarkets, Decathlon and is the publisher of the Sport Gift Card, available in 2800 stores and large retail campaigns. What will you be doing?
As the first CRM & Loyalty Marketeer at Champ, you have plenty of room to innovate and pioneer. In this role get the mandate and freedom to make important decisions. You are in control of growing the size and value of our customer base by creating satisfied customers and retaining them using all available channels. We are at the starting point of our next phase of massive growth and therefore you will be developing strategy, roadmap and operating plans for our data-driven CRM programs for the Netherlands, as well future countries such as Germany. You will create the best-in-class practices to ensure our users become our greatest advocates. And best of all: you are killing it in execution and data analytics to define your next move, according to our mantra: experiment, validate, stop or scale.
We keep it simple! Your position in the team is that you:
- Increase the CLV of our active customers, both B2C and B2B;
- Reactivate our customers who (might) churn;
- Activate our non-active users with great retention tactics
- Create brand ambassadors and advocacy with our users.
You thrive when working on:
- Life cycle management strategy, tactics and execution;
- Customer journey strategy and product experience;
- Communication to and with our users, both B2C and B2B.
From our office, located in an old garage in Utrecht, you will have 10 enthusiastic and driven teammates, with whom you work closely together. You have a passion for sports and you think Champ is the solution that you want to use yourself.
We are looking for:
- 3-6 years of experience in developing and executing CRM strategies and tactics;
- Extensive experience in Customer Lifecycle Management and tooling in scale-ups and/or a high growth environment;
- Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to challenges;
- Always goes for the win and Is an active participant in the Champ team;
- Doesn’t wait for others to take the lead, you get the ball rolling.
